Is there a Microsoft Windows Mobile (PocketPC) or Palm version of EndNote?

Answer:
Beginning with Windows Endnote X1.0.1, there is some support for Windows Mobile devices.
Note:
EndNote X1.0.1 was designed to run on Windows Mobile 5 using Windows XP computers.
Smartphones running Windows Mobile are not supported.
EndNote X2 works with Windows Mobile 5 and 6 on XP or Vista, but Smartphones running any version Windows Mobile are not supported. See our system requirements here.
There is a Palm component available in EndNote 7 and later. Note that the EndNote for Palm is not compatible with Palm desktop 6.2 or later.
